Cyber-Stein
Yeah.. I know it's been a while, but I have been busy but not too busy for a rare card like this! Check out the one and only Cyber-Stein! Looks simple eh? But looks isn't everything, the Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon looks cool and got a nice price tag, but Cyber-Stein is something truly different, and it's not because its the first card in English that I reviewed in a while either.
The card states as follows: Pay 5000 life points. Special summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck to the field in attack position
Ok.... the effect is nice... I have seen better, but when you think about it, this card can pack quite a punch. Now first you gotta think... 5000 life points, can I spare that? Depending on the situation you can! But the only really good one I can think of is getting a Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon out with Megamorph and go for the kill. But that is not why I am reviewing this card... the effects can be good or bad, but its the price tag that I am interested in.
Reasons why this card is rare? Well the fact that 2 cards with #SJC-EN001 printed on them in existence is one, remember that there are only 3 real Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragons and they cost $30,000 U.S... also, Shonen Jump Manga magazine had a Yu-Gi-Oh tourny and this Cyber-Stine was the grand prize!
Wow! What a prize! A wonderful card! And only 2 in the world! What does one do with it such a card? Simple! You sell it on Ebay! This is something that you just gotta see for yourself!
If you cannot view the link, it means that the 90 day display limit is now past, but lets just say the card was closing in on the $30,000 mark when this rare card was posted! Can you say 'Crazy much?'. If the person who won this card is a parent, the child must be wondering why they only got one gift this xmas! Either that, or the bidder really must have money to spend! This card is, so far the highest priced Duel Monster card in Ebay's history!
